Our recent opening of a second office at the renowned Village Square has enabled us to accommodate these new agents, their loyal clients, and ensure we continue offering the great service our agency has become synonymous with in the Northern suburbs. Should you want to join this team or are curious about a career in Real Estate, contact our Operations and Marketing┬áManager, André on 078 633 2441.

As predicted the 2019 property market has been off to a slightly stinted start. We feel that buyers are waiting on the election's outcome and until then they are more cautious purchasing which has seen a decrease in demand. Properties for sale have also run their full mandate period as buyers are uncertain and thus taking longer to make decisions.
We currently urge sellers to hang in there, to take their agents' advice with regards to pricing and marketing their properties, and to be realistic with their expectations when wanting to secure a timely sale. Realtors International has a team who are experts in the market and will make all the necessary efforts to secure their seller's a successful sale.

On the upside we do predict a more stable market in the second quarters of the year with the Northern suburbs returning to its 'In Demand' status due to more political stability, the incredible schools available here and lifestyle on offer.
One thing you can be certain of in this constantly changing market is the service and knowledgeable guidance you will receive from your Realtors International team. Contact us today if you are considering buying or selling in the Northern suburbs.
