Libertas is one of the most longstanding retirement units in the Goodwood area.
Everything has been kept up to the latest standard and it is run with extreme efficiency.
When you walk through those doors you are welcomed into a tasteful and welcoming foyer.
The friendliness of all the residents will make you feel at home immediately.
The rooms are spacious whether it is a one bedroom or two bedroom. The view over Table Mountain and Lions head
is extravagant.
The amenities include a Dining Room with colorful tablecloths on the tables. They serve 2 meals a day, Lunch and Supper.
There is a menu available from where you can choose your own meals. You can decide whether you would like to join everybody in the Dining room or whether you would like to take you meals to your room.
The frail care is a place where you will experience good care and still feel part of the rest of the Libertas Family.
The Entertainment areas include a library, TV lounge where you can join the other residents and have your
coffee and tea and a chapel where weekly sermons are held.
There is transport available on a daily basis for your shopping, seeing the doctor or going to the clinic.
There are different options available.
Single rooms for one or two persons
Double rooms for one or two persons

LEVIES INCLUDE
- 2 meals daily, lunch and supper
- Security, Water, Refuse, Sewerage, Electricity, Administration, Staff salaries, Building Insurance and Maintenance as well as
use of other facilities in common areas.
- The units are cleaned once a week
Laundry facilities are available on the first floor
- An occupier or owner of a unit will receive a food rebate of R1 711.94 for every month (that being 30 consecutive days)
that the unit is unoccupied.
- You receive 12 days free in Health Care per year. (These days are not carried over to the following year)
- For room service you receive 12 free days per year, thereafter you pay R10.00 per day. These days are not carried over to the - following year
- The combi takes residents to the shopping Centre's, outings and is available for use of the residents. A small fee is charged.
- Abovementioned is currently the terms and conditions and can be hanged from time to time.
