The lounge area could easily fit a dining room table a well as a lounge suit with all those well loved furniture.
The kitchenette has enough cupboards and work space to entertain friends and family.
The monthly levies includes the following:

LEVIES INCLUDE
- 2 meals daily, lunch and supper
- Security, Water, Refuse, Sewerage, Electricity, Administration, Staff salaries, Building Insurance and Maintenance as well as
use of other facilities in common areas.
- The units are cleaned once a week
- Laundry facilities are available on the first floor
- An occupier or owner of a unit will receive a food rebate of R1 711.94 for every month (that being 30 consecutive days)
that the unit is unoccupied.
- You receive 12 days free in Health Care per year. (These days are not carried over to the following year)
- For room service you receive 12 free days per year, thereafter you pay R10.00 per day. These days are not carried over to the - following year
- The combi takes residents to the shopping Centre's, outings and is available for use of the residents. A small fee is charged.
