Under the leadership of our Principal, Philip Crous, we have built a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and personalised service. Our strength lies in our people — a close-knit, hardworking team who genuinely care about our clients and their property needs.
Our sales department consists of two dedicated teams: Sandra Crous and Suzelle Pronk, who work together in a collaborative partnership as dedicated honest agents, and Jan Westerhuis and Aneke Pringle, who bring valuable experience and local market knowledge also working as a team. Together, they offer expert guidance to buyers and sellers at every stage of the property process.
Our rental department is managed with the same level of care and attention. Bridget Human, our Office Manager, oversees rental accounts, payments, and client queries, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Bronwyn Thys, our Rental Agent, is responsible for credit checks, ingoing and outgoing inspections, and the preparation of all new lease agreements, providing peace of mind to both landlords and tenants.
