The first to remember is that there is something to learn from everybody.
Historically known as Gustrouw Estates (PTY) Ltd it is a stalwart that has weathered numerous storms in the South African property market. Founded in 1968 by Blanche V Fourie, Realtors International now employs 19 Selling Agents, 2 Rental Agents, a Business Broker, and Body Corporation Management staff as well as admin employees. Managing the business is Leon C Fourie (son) alongside Jan O Fourie (widower to Blanch).
Blanche Fourie was a mother, wife, sister, and grandmother to many generations working at Realtors International Strand and many to come. She was the perfect mentor and gathered the guidance and principles to teach her family and colleagues growing up with Realtors International Strand. By studying the property market she knew what Helderberg needed and wanted when starting to operate as an estate agency.
Being one of the first Estate Agencies and being able to celebrate 52 years of existence in the Helderberg was hard work and dedication not only by the Fourie Family but also by family and employees that form part of the family.
All the agents at Realtors International Strand are qualified NQF level 4 and above or in the process of qualifying and are designated at PDE level 4 or above or in the process of qualifying. Each of the agents at Realtors International Strand has a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate from the Estate Agencies Affairs Board (PPRA) as required by law. Realtors International Strand is also a registered member of The Institute of Estate Agents of South Africa and The Real Estate Business Owners of South Africa.
